I am the happily married wife of Scott Bryant (10+ years), a mother of 2 (3yr old & 2 yrs old), Born in Chi-town (Chicago) and raised in Jacksonville. I am owner and photographer of Integrity Photography, Sunday school teacher and leader for our Calvary Worship Center Preschool department, an Artist (all mediums), a College Student at the University of North Florida (UNF); my specialty is Sociology with a double minor in Psychology and Social Welfare, and I currently work part-time as a technical assistant in the UNF Enrollment Services Compliance, Technology & Training department.
My experience with children - I have been involved in children’s ministry for over 15 years and children and youth are my heart. With all of that as well as my graphic design and Art background,(in every form-piano, dance, paint, etc.) I tie all my education, experience, and passion into everything I do, including my photography. I have somewhat of a different approach than most to my photography…I see it as my way of ministry, if that makes any sense. I love, love, love being able to make people smile. To be able to capture the beauty in people in a way that they have never seen themselves before is all worth it to me. It builds confidence and self-esteem in many people and especially young people. At an awkward age when they are discovering who they are, it always helps to reflect on beautiful images of themselves.
I tell most people that come to our studio that they run the risk of becoming a part of our family…and that is just it, I treat everyone as family and as if I have known them for ages. Most of my experience is with family, friends, and my church family, so that is really the only way I know how to do my sessions. It is my family and friends that have encouraged me to start my busines. After sitting on the idea for more than a year we made my hobby into an official business in July of 2007. I never set any limits to my abilities…unfortunately this also creates a bit of a scattered brain for me because I tend to think beyond what is in front of me and also tend to read too deep into things…or just flat out think too much…I’m a little crazy like that…but who isn’t a little crazy?
The parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14) never became more real to me until our decision to start our business. My brother (Missionary/Pastor in Nicaragua) encouraged me by advising me and reminding me about this parable. If you hide them, then no one can benefit from them, if you use them and give glory to God for them, He totally multiplies your talents. Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might– “ So this is me, I love my God, I love my family, and am very passionate about the talents that God has blessed me with and I hope to be able to bless others as well.
Sincerely,
Christine Lynn Bryant
